What was the highlight of Grand Hyatt Seoul
Huge property overlooking Seoul with an impressive lobby area.
Great views of Seoul. Room was small but functional. Staff was helpful but seemed rushed.
The lobby area would get very busy in the afternoon and evenings as people from outside of hotel would meet for lunch, dinner and weddings. Sometime the wait for an elevator would be a few minutes.

Great views and location
Amazing location and incredible views. They let us check in an hour or so early. Great breakfast.
We came after a long weekend when the hotel had been very busy. The cleaning of our room could have been better. Windows had lots of grimy handprints all over them and had been vacuumed very quickly.

Wonderful
The room view was great. The blinds were amazing, no light went through it, and we didn't know what time it was as it was so dark and peaceful. Staff very friendly.and professional. Food was well presented. Several eating and drinking places in the hotel that was nice. Drinks in the bar really good. Room service is quick and served well. If you like supercars, they have a lot outside at the lobby upon entrance parked up. Good view. Hotel staff helped to get taxis really quickly. They even give you a taxi card to show the taxi to and from the hotel.
On Mondays, all bars are closed. When I come on vacation everyday is a holiday for us so we would like to enjoy the hotel amenities as much as possible too. The pool was too cold to swim in. Even with the hot sun. Was surprised by that.
